Project 03 / Case study
KANAP
A digital operating system built around a real business.
I built the software
around my own business.
Not a concept. Not a client brief.
A real operational system designed around problems I encounter in the field.
Running the business exposed repetitive operational problems: booking, scheduling, customer follow-up, lead generation, communication and business visibility.
Instead of multiplying disconnected tools, I progressively built an internal digital environment around the activity.
From the customer's booking journey to the internal agenda, lead tools and AI-assisted business analysis, the product evolved directly from real operational needs.

01 / Customer experience
From visitor to booking
A public website that leads straight into a four-step online booking: services, postcode, time slot, confirmation.

02 / Operations
From booking to operations
Reservations land in an internal agenda built for the way the field work is actually planned.

03 / Business tools
Tools built around real needs
Lead generation connected to Google Maps, customer files, intervention reports and communication modules: WhatsApp, SMS, calls and callback requests.

Voice secretary module — in place, no calls recorded yet.
04 / AI
KAD
An internal AI business assistant
Designed to help analyse activity, revenue, profitability, anomalies and operational questions from the business environment. It works read-only: no action is taken without my validation.

I didn't build software
and then look for a problem.
I had the problem.
So I built the software.
