Project 05 / Case study
VIOM
From long video
to ready-to-post moments.
VIOM / AI video product
From long video
to ready-to-post moments.
Long videos contain more usable moments than creators have time to find manually.
VIOM explores a workflow where software helps identify those moments, evaluate them and turn them into vertical content ready for the next step.

01 / The problem
The best moment
might already be there.
Long-form content can contain multiple short sequences worth extracting.
The challenge is finding them, comparing them and turning them into usable short-form content without manually reviewing the entire workflow each time.

02 / Analysis
Don’t just cut the video.
Find the moment.
VIOM presents candidate moments through several content signals — including hook, retention, emotion and context — so different sequences can be examined rather than treated as identical cuts.

A score is a decision aid, not a promise of views.
03 / Workflow
One input.
A complete content flow.

- Upload
- VIOM analyzes
- Moments
- Vertical clips
- Ready for the next step
04 / Product
From concept
to working interface.
The product is structured around a workspace rather than a single generation screen.
Projects organize source videos, the Library centralizes resulting clips, and Usage exposes the product’s credit logic.

05 / Organization
Every source
becomes a project.
Projects can be organized, and each one displays its processing state and number of moments.

06 / Output
The result
isn’t a score.
It’s content.
Candidate moments ultimately become tangible content inside the Library: vertical clips that can be reviewed, opened and downloaded from the workspace.

07 / Product logic
AI processing
has a cost.
VIOM also explores the product layer around AI processing: credits, consumption, plans and usage visibility.

The product flow
- Long video
- Project
- Analysis
- Candidate moments
- Scoring / evaluation
- Vertical clips
- Library
- Download
The interface is only
the visible part.
The real product is
the workflow.

- Debugging and improvement
I didn’t want to build
another video tool.
I wanted to explore
what happens between
a long video
and a useful moment.
- Understand.
- Find.
- Transform.
- Improve.
